Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LuckyBot UK ("the Service"), operated by LuckyBot UK ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LuckyBot UK is a Telegram notification service that monitors UK retail websites and sends alerts when Pokemon TCG products appear to be in stock. Alerts are delivered via Telegram.

2. Subscription and Payment

• The Service costs £5.00 per month, billed via Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time via the /cancel command in Telegram or through your Stripe billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

3. No Guarantee of Stock

We do not guarantee that products will be available when you click an alert link. Stock can sell out within seconds of a restock. We provide best-effort monitoring and cannot be held liable for missed opportunities or items that are unavailable at time of purchase.

4. Affiliate Links

Some alert links may include affiliate tracking codes. If you purchase through these links we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. This does not affect which products we monitor or which alerts we send.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Resell or redistribute alerts to third parties
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer or automate interactions with the Service
• Share your account access with others

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription without refund if these conditions are breached.

6. Service Availability

We aim for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Retailer websites may block or rate-limit our checks at any time, which may temporarily reduce alert coverage. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update pricing, features or these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify active subscribers via Telegram with at least 7 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuckyBot UK is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month in which the issue arose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
